Required Skills:


1-3 years of experience in desktop support, field services, IT support, or a related technical support role.

Experience setting up and supporting desktop workstations and peripherals.

Comfortable in Excel

Familiarity with:

Thin clients

Monitors

Docking stations

Keyboards and mice

USB peripherals and accessories

Cabling- routing and management

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment and can lift, up to 50Lbs and unpack and re pack boxes.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Salary : $19 - $22
