Job Title: Decision Science Analyst

Pay: $75 - $90/hr
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in decision/data science analytics or a related quantitative role.
- Strong experience with SQL
- Visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with Python or R
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and scenario analyses to support business decision-making.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, validate data quality, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Nice To Have Requirements:
- Experience supporting airport, airline, transportation, or other complex operational environments.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Alteryx, or other enterprise analytics platforms.
- Consulting experience with firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, KPMG, Slalom, or similar organizations.
Job Description:
The Decision Science Analyst partners with business leaders to leverage data, analytics, and forecasting to improve operational performance and support strategic decision-making. This role analyzes data from multiple sources, develops models and dashboards, conducts scenario analyses, and delivers actionable insights that help leadership evaluate opportunities, risks, costs, and business priorities. The analyst works cross-functionally to define requirements, establish performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations that drive organizational initiatives and operational improvements.
Compensation:
$75/hr to $90/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
