Location: Onsite at mission-critical construction projects, hyperscale data centers, and infrastructure sites across the United States
Schedule: Must be flexible for early mornings, weekends, and varying site schedules; consistent gate coverage required

- Ability to verify credentials, follow compliance processes, and maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and access-related issues
- Sound judgment with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable smartphone
- Basic English literacy
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification within the first 3 weeks on site
- Steel-toed or composite-toed boots
Plusses:

- Prior access control, compliance, or credential verification experience
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or data center environments
- Experience with reporting, system administration, or onboarding platforms
- Prior customer-facing technical support experience
Day-to-Day:
- Verify worker identity and site access authorization using badges, QR codes, biometrics, and other approved tools
- Monitor and enforce gate access and credential compliance procedures
- Process visitors and manage visitor badging workflows
- Support worker onboarding, including documentation collection and digital setup
- Train workers and contractors on use of the platform
- Troubleshoot credential, access, software, and hardware issues at the gate
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational and technical concerns
- Escalate unresolved issues through established support channels
- Maintain visitor logs, scan records, compliance documentation, and shift reports
- Represent professionally with customers, contractors, and workers on site
