Pay Rate: $40–45/hr.

- 3 years working on product user stories/creating process flows
- Experience interacting with product owners and stakeholders
- Experience working on multiple projects at a time; must have enterprise-level experience (not startup)
- Strong customer experience knowledge

Day-to-Day
Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This individual will be working on multiple projects simultaneously and will support projects from the beginning of the lifecycle through implementation, working alongside the product owner.
This person will be responsible for creating user stories and workflow documentation in both JIRA and Figma for various products. The team is responsible for product process flows and their communication to customers who are enrolling in or activating services. Communication platforms include chat, IVR, and similar channels.
They will participate in stakeholder meetings, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as daily stand-up meetings. This individual must have a strong customer experience mindset and the ability to quickly ramp up and manage multiple projects at once.
Salary : $40 - $45
