Corporate Actions Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS (4 Days Onsite)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Must Haves
- 3 years of experience in the securities, trading, exchange operations, or capital markets industry
- Working knowledge of U.S. equities markets
- Experience supporting or processing corporate actions (ticker changes, CUSIP changes, stock splits, fund rebranding, IPOs, new listings)
- Strong customer-facing experience supporting issuers, market makers, custodians, or trading participants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
- Exchange operations or equity listings experience
- IPO and new issue auction support
- Regulatory, compliance, or legal environment experience
- Confluence and JIRA
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
Day-to-Day
- Act as the primary contact for issuers, custodians, and Lead Market Makers (LMMs)
- Coordinate corporate actions including ticker changes, CUSIP changes, stock splits, and rebranding events
- Support equity listings, IPO launches, and symbol transfers
- Handle trade desk inquiries related to trading activity, auctions, and order issues
- Monitor daily reports, bulletins, and distribution processes
- Manage access and support for the Cboe Issuer Portal
- Work closely with Listings Sales, Operations, and Technology teams
- Test and support enhancements to listings and corporate actions systems
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and draft technical notices
