Insight Global is looking for a Contracts Manager for a client in Mesa, AZ.

Contracts Manager

Location: Mesa, AZ - onsite 3 days/week

Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire

Pay Range: $50-$60/hr

Conversion Salary: $125K-$130K

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

• 5 years of contract management experience in a corporate or government contracting environment

• Prior experience working in small to mid-sized companies or startups where cross-functional collaboration and wearing multiple hats

• Proficient in contract law principles, drafting, redlining, and negotiation

• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and tools (Cobblestone, Salesforce, or similar)

• Familiarity with government contracts, especially state and local (SLED) contracting, cooperative agreements, and flow-down requirements.

• NCMA certification is strongly preferred (CCMA, CFCM, or CPCM)

Job Description:

As a Contracts Manager on our growing contracts and compliance team, you will be a key player in supporting the full lifecycle of government-related agreements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—legal, sales, product, operations, and finance—to review, redline, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional with the flexibility and initiative to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

This role demands a self-starter who can operate independently, drive contracts to closure, and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
