Title: Sr. Project Manager
Duration: Permanent / Direct-Hire
Location: Fishers, Indiana – Onsite
Pay: $105,000 to 120,000 base salary
Must Haves:
- 10 years of Construction Project Management experience
- Strong experience in managing multiple commercial projects at once
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel (Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Plusses:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
- Experience working on $10,000,000 Sized projects, ideally hotel builds.
Day to Day:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, from initial planning and budgeting through final closeout, while also identifying and estimating future project opportunities.
On a day-to-day basis, this role coordinates and manages project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The Project Manager provides leadership and oversight to direct employees, site superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and contractors, while maintaining strong working relationships with owners, client representatives, and local code authorities.
Additional responsibilities include managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, negotiating subcontractor modifications as needed, monitoring project progress, resolving issues that arise during construction, and overseeing punch list completion, project turnover, and final closeout activities.
