About the Opportunity
Insight Global is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing construction projects in the United States. Located in Boise, Idaho, this multi-billion-dollar expansion project will play a critical role in advancing next-generation semiconductor manufacturing and high-tech infrastructure.
This is an opportunity to join a world-class construction team delivering complex, mission-critical systems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Construction Managers will oversee the planning, coordination, installation, and execution of critical building systems while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction activities for assigned scopes of work throughout pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning phases.
- Manage subcontractors and trade partners to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications.
- Participate in equipment buyout, bid reviews, subcontractor selection, and procurement activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents to ensure project requirements are met.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate startup meetings, planning sessions, training activities, and project coordination meetings.
- Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Support scheduling and resource planning efforts using project management and construction software tools.
- Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders.
- Assist with system turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of construction experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, semiconductor, data center, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing subcontractors, trade partners, and field construction teams.
- Strong understanding of construction management processes, project controls, safety programs, and quality standards.
- Experience with pre-construction planning, procurement, equipment buyout, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Experience with design and coordination software including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or related tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large-project construction environment.
Salary : $65 - $75
