About the Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing construction projects in the United States. Located in Boise, Idaho, this multi-billion-dollar expansion project will play a critical role in advancing next-generation semiconductor manufacturing and high-tech infrastructure.

Construction Managers will oversee the planning, coordination, installation, and execution of critical building systems while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities for assigned scopes of work throughout pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning phases.
• Manage subcontractors and trade partners to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications.
• Participate in equipment buyout, bid reviews, subcontractor selection, and procurement activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate startup meetings, planning sessions, training activities, and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Support scheduling and resource planning efforts using project management and construction software tools.
• Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders.
• Assist with system turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of construction experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, semiconductor, data center, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, trade partners, and field construction teams.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, project controls, safety programs, and quality standards.
• Experience with pre-construction planning, procurement, equipment buyout, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
• Experience with design and coordination software including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or related tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large-project construction environment.
