What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Aided Design Technician position at Insight Global?
We are hiring a CAD Technician to support a large engineering firm in Savannah, GA. This is a full-time opportunity to support civil and environmental initiatives!
Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/wk (unlimited overtime available, paid out 1.5x)
Must Haves:
- 1 years professional experience using AutoCAD
- Experience working with geographical maps
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
Plusses:
- Proficient with ARCGIS software / GIS software
- B.S. or A.S. Degree
- Civil or Environmental firm experience (groundwater potentiometric maps, iso-concentration maps, using chem boxes to display lab data)
- 3D drafting experience
- Experience drafting soil boring/groundwater monitoring well cross-section diagrams
Salary : $20 - $25
