Description:
A client in the Spring, TX area is looking for a Compensation Analyst. This person will be brought on to help with salary structure development, being able to review job descriptions and helping to deal with benchmarking and market pricing. This group is looking for someone to assist with restructuring this group. gone down from 8-10 because the structure in this department is not good. They really need someone attention to detail and done full step by step merit, compensation cycles and bonuses. This person needs to enjoy establishing structure and processes. This person needs to be willing to accept feedback and have the ability to pivot when needed. They will be responsible for helping to mentor the junior compensation analysts. In regards to bonus cycle work everything they do with is manual so there will be a high volume of spreadsheets.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6-8 years of experience in a Compensation Analyst role
- Extensive experience with MS Excel
- Highly driven The ability to create structure and processes
- Experience with global teams
- Salary structure development experience
- The ability to review job descriptions and revamp where needed
- Extensive experience in benchmarking and market pricing
- The ability to communicate with all levels of management
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
