Insight Global is seeking a Coating Technician for a leading photonics and advanced manufacturing client. This individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining sophisticated thin film coating systems within a clean room manufacturing environment. The technician will monitor multiple coating chambers, verify process parameters, perform equipment setups and changeovers, document production data, and support quality control initiatives. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced production setting.
