Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Program Manager with over 6 years of experience to orchestrate and manage non-technical workstreams across go-to-market (GTM) functions and commercial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, and launching and scaling new programs. Ideal candidates will have a background in Fintech or Banking with a strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Track and orchestrate non-development workstreams across GTM and commercial operations.
• Ensure all GTM functions and commercial operations tasks are completed on time.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline reporting.
• Launch and scale new business initiatives effectively.
• Create and manage Gantt charts to track project timelines and milestones.
• Embed in team meetings to extract updates through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline updates and reporting processes.
• Avoid excessive follow-ups by proactively gathering information during discussions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in business program management.
• Strong background in Fintech or Banking, with a focus on B2B GTM motions.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite.
• Explicit experience in running programs using Smartsheet.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust within teams.
• Effective communicator who can extract updates without disrupting workflows.

Compensation: $50-$55/hour
