JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of Insight Global in the HR Services industry is looking to hire a Business Development Coordinator/Manager to join their team. This individual will be a member of their National Alliance Sales Division based out of Scottsdale, AZ and they will be tasked with supporting small-medium franchise businesses.
The BDC will be responsible for building and foster new client relationships while leveraging their comprehensive professional experience to manage day to day sales functions. Candidates must be willing to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, and tradeshows. This person will be a true Champion for our client and support franchise businesses with their HR solution needs.
This is a permanent direct hire position and can be worked almost fully remote. Candidates have to sit in the greater Scottsdale, AZ area, and will likely be going into the office once a week. We are looking to pay anywhere between $65k-$80k base salary depending on years of experience. Along with base salary there are additional bonuses and a full benefit package.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of B2B sales experience for the BDC role, 5 to qualify for BDM Bachelor's Degree
- Energetic, Inspiring, and Motivated Self-Starter mentality
- Comfortable traveling and presenting in front of crowds at tradeshows, conferences, etc.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
