Insight Global is searching for a direct-hire Building Controls Account Manager for a premier mechanical construction & facility services company. This individual will build and maintain relationships with these clients to identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for Building Automation work.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Prepares and executes business development action plans for specific customer/market targets based on Service Projects priorities.
• Manages the development of Service Project estimates, proposals and presentations and leads the presentation to specified clients and customers.
• Meets with the client/owner to provide advice and planning on new projects to ensure the project gets off to a good start.
• Serves as subject matter expert for mechanical/plumbing system selections.
• Leads the sales process through the procurement stage.
Must Haves:
• 6 years of experience
• Experience in the mechanical/service industry (such as building automation, equipment rentals, HVAC services, MEP services, MEP construction projects, etc)
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
