Your Role
Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support high-visibility business development initiatives for a leading infrastructure and airport development client.
In this role, you will support the Business Development team by coordinating RFP efforts, assisting with conferences and industry events, maintaining critical BD resources, and compiling market and performance data that supports strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, professional office environment and gain direct exposure to aviation and infrastructure development projects.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional looking to grow within business development and pursue long-term career progression in the infrastructure space.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end RFP and RFQ processes, including opportunity tracking, timelines, deliverables, and submission materials
- Support planning and execution of conferences, industry events, trade shows, and award submissions
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, business reviews, and internal BD resources
- Maintain and update contact databases, trackers, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
- Track budgets and support invoice processing related to travel, conferences, and BD activities
- Compile, analyze, and summarize business, market, and competitor data, including traffic trends and performance metrics
- Support FOIA requests by coordinating with legal teams, tracking requests, and organizing documentation
- Perform administrative duties including document control, file organization, and records management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, professional office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or tracking tools is a plus
