Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Operations Lead for a large financial services client to support product management, Agile delivery, and onsite operations in Chandler, AZ. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between leadership, product teams, and delivery resources—ensuring onboarding is seamless, priorities are clear, and execution stays on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced Agile environment, with the ability to support product management activities, facilitate communication, and act as a trusted onsite presence for leadership. This role offers high visibility, strong partnership with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape team culture and operational success from the ground up.
Compensation:
$53/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
