Day-To-Day:
The Data Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by gathering and documenting requirements for data management and business intelligence solutions. This role acts as a liaison between business units and BI developers to deliver reports, dashboards, and data warehouse solutions. Responsibilities include validating solutions for quality and ensuring they meet business needs. The ideal candidate understands core business challenges and proposes effective data solutions.
Must Haves
• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a business, operations, computer science, data analytics or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 4 years of business analysis experience.
- Experience handling data
- Experience with Excel and SQL
- A good understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Understanding of key performance indicators
Plusses
- Banking and Finance experience
- Beginner to mid-level SQL certification
- Microsoft Data Analyst Associate certification in Power BI
Salary : $38 - $40
