Salary: $85k-$90k
Must-Haves
- 3–7 years in marketing operations, brand management, or digital marketing execution (bachelor's degree in marketing is preferred)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, design, IT, ops)
- Strong project/time management skills with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Experience managing website updates, digital campaigns, or marketing assets
- Data analysis skills with ability to track performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- High attention to detail (QA, design proofing, campaign accuracy)
- Experience writing requirements or coordinating with development/IT teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder intake
Plusses
- Experience with white label environments or affiliate marketing models
- Familiarity with interstitials, A/B testing, or conversion optimization

Day-to-Day
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Brand Manager to own the execution of white label and owned-site marketing initiatives, and act as the liaison across Marketing, Design, IT, and Ops. They manage intake, prioritize and coordinate site updates and marketing requests, oversee QA and launches, and ensure accuracy across offers, assets, and templates. They support affiliate/buyer requests (interstitials, creatives, site flows), maintain a centralized asset library, and track performance, ROI, and turnaround times. This role is highly operational, with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and data-driven optimization.
Additional notes:
- Heavier focus on UX, supporting and optimizing the experience across 100 owned websites
- Responsible for managing all websites, including any newly created sites
- Track and analyze website activity using internal reporting tools
- Work with a team of 4–5 internal Account Managers; marketing team is not directly client-facing
- Requires a strong understanding of marketing, user experience, and how design/development work together
- Team heavily leverages AI and experimentation; candidates must have a testing/optimization mind
