Job Description
The Assembly Operator Trainers are subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for leading training, certification, and advanced skill development. They drive consistency across teams and serve as a key link between production, quality, and engineering.
Below are some of their key responsibilities:
• Train, coach, and certify operators on products, processes, equipment, and inspection requirements
• Provide hands-on instruction to support consistent execution of approved work instructions
• Mentor operators in advanced technical processes, troubleshooting, and quality standards
• Validate operator skill development and certify readiness using skills matrices
Compensation:
Up to $27-$35 per hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
