Schedule: 4/10 - 10 hour workdays Monday-Thurs, First Shift

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2 Years of experience running semi-automatic through-hole machines

- Experience with JUKI, Amistar, or Contact machines

- CCA Assembly Experience

- Ability to lead trim and clench

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

SMT is desirable experience but we are looking for through-hole.

Job Description:

This role involves performing manual placement of through-hole components on circuit card assemblies (CCAs), as well as operating a semi-automatic contact machine that assists with component placement and clinching. Responsibilities include lead trimming, verifying part orientation and identification, and supporting overall CCA production for avionics assemblies. The position requires strong manual dexterity for small-component work, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work under general supervision with minimal instruction while maintaining a team-oriented approach. This is a first-shift role operating on a 4/10 schedule, consisting of 10-hour workdays Monday through Thursday.

Compensation:

$23/hr to $27/hr.
