Duration: 12 month contract, potential to extend or convert perm
Working Hours: Onsite Monday - Friday. The schedule is 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), with flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.
Must Haves:
- Secret Clearance
- 3 years of experience with Military aircraft
- Experience working on helicopters/jets hydraulics, pneumatics, engines, landing gear, or other general maintenance OR experience working on helicopters/jets avionics, navigation systems, and communication systems
Plusses:
- Military background
- Experience with MH-139 helicopters
- Airframe and Power plant (A&P) license
Day to Day:
Insight Global is hiring an Aircraft or Avionics Specialist to support our client in Great Falls MT. The program will be in Montana until October and then relocation to Cheyenne, Wyoming if you are open to it. The individual will be responsible for modifying aerospace systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading components to address system issues or implement design changes. Responsibilities include configuring aerospace vehicles, conducting system-level testing, isolating complex system faults, and performing validation and verification of components. Additional duties involve documenting technical procedures to ensure compliance with contracts, and inspecting components to confirm alignment with flight readiness criteria. The schedule is 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), with flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.
