Day to Day:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Manager with a strong passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales. It is fully remote, but you will be expected to go to individuals homes for appointments to do walk throughs and close deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients—specifically homeowners interested in selling their properties for a cash offer.
This includes building rapport, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored transaction solutions. Leads will be sourced through the company’s CRM system, personal networks, and independent research. The candidate will engage these prospects through cold calling and direct outreach, with the objective of securing agreements for cash home purchases, which the company will then renovate and resell.
Success in this role requires someone who is trustworthy, personable, and professional. As the role involves visiting clients in their homes to conduct walkthroughs and assess pricing, the individual must serve as a strong and positive representative of the organization.
