Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the monthly close process and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with strong technical skills and experience in a multi-entity environment. Responsibilities will include:
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Maintain fixed assets, prepaids, and related schedules
- Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations, ensuring proper coding and documentation
- Support audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
