Job Description:
Insight Global's healthcare client is in the process of upgrading 40,000 devices to the Windows 11 Operating System. We are seeking a team of Technicians who will be responsible for the , deployment and testing of these devices across various sites state wide. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and must be comfortable navigating the Windows 11 OS.
Must Haves:
- 1 year of IT Support Experience
- Familiarity with the Windows 11 OS
- Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software
- Basic VDI Knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users.
- Experience on a previous OS upgrade or deployment project preferred.
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND VEHICLE
Pay: $20.00 per hour
