What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Insight Financial Staffing & Search Group?
This individual will be a charged with leading the financial consolidation process for this organizations, including facilitating the periodic reporting, while ensuring proper processes and controls are in place.
Responsibilities For The Controller Role:
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial information to ensure compliance with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and systems in the financial reporting department
- Review and perform analytics to explain variance on consolidated and regional financial results
- Lead special projects and assist with ad hoc requests
Requirements For The Controller Role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience within financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- CPA designation preferred, but not required.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
