Responsibilities
- Performs circulation and collection services, including the check-out and return of library materials.
- Provides information, referrals, and promotional support related to College of Engineering Library resources and broader Florida State University services.
- Provides light scholarly research related to basic reference questions.
- Provides scholar support in accessing library services such as printer issues or general inquiries.
- Assists users with basic technology troubleshooting and support.
- Contributes to additional library operations and special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience gained through prior employment or volunteer work.
- Strong motivation to learn and develop new skills.
- Genuine, demonstrated interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
