Job Summary
Provide operational, administrative, and facility support for CubeInc, including equipment maintenance, lease coordination, access approvals, and tenant services. Manage meetings, events, and communication initiatives while overseeing CUBEInc's website, marketing materials, and outreach activities. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Duties
50% - Essential - Oversees facility-related operations for CUBEInc, including coordinating and tracking maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment and managing services needs in partnership with Prisma for the 4th floor of 200C Patewood. Ensures timely processing of building access approvals, oversees conference room scheduling, and supports smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility. Maintains accurate records of service requests and ensures resolution of operational issues affecting labs, tenants, and facility users.
35% - Essential - Provides administrative support to Clemson faculty with labs located at CUBEInc and serves and primary contact for tenant-related needs. Coordinates lease renewals, approvals, and rental payment processes (accounts receivable). Manages quarterly JOG meetings via Zoom, maintains documentation, and supports other required administrative processes. Ensures efficient communication across faculty, tenants, partners, and internal stakeholders, and provides reliable operational support consistent with university expectations. Provide main campus support as required.
15% - Essential - Leads CUBEInc's outreach, promotional, and event-driven initiatives. Designs and produces advertising and informational materials, manages social media content, and maintains the CUBEInc website to ensure accurate and timely updates. Plans and executes tours, events, and public engagements to highlight CUBEInc's mission and capabilities. Represents CUBEInc at meetings, conferences, and expos to expand visibility and support external partnerships.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School or Equivalent
Work Experience: 0 years
Preferred Requirements
Education: 1st Associate's Degree - Business, or a related field
Work Experience: 2-3 years

Supervisory Responsibilities
No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.
Budgetary Responsibilities
Monitors Budget - Does not provide input but is responsible for monitoring the departmental budget and may oversee fund allocation.
Physical Requirements
Standard Hours: 37.5
Compensation Information
Expected Salary Range: $39,300.00 - $50,000.00
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
Essential Personnel Level
Normal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
