GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will serve as Administrative Coordinator in the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) department in the Economic Development and Corporate Training Division of Greenville Technical College. Job duties include:
- Providing administrative coordination for the department including data management, processing specialized records and reports, managing training course logistics such as room assignments, classroom setup, and instructor scheduling
- Processing training documentation including pre- and post-notifications to regulatory authorities, compiling and maintaining course folders, entering course and student data, and processing course completion documentation
- Providing fiscal support including procurement, monitoring budget compliance, preparing funding request, processing billings for training courses and payments to vendors
- Serving as resource person on personnel policies and procedures and coordinating personnel activities for the department
- Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental marketing campaigns to include direct communication with current and potential clients and the production of printed marketing materials
- Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years related work experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or, an associate degree plus five (5) years related work experience; or, HS diploma plus eight (8) years related work experience. Advanced knowledge of computer operations.
