We’re Looking for an Client Partner - Wealth and Asset Management Digital Solutions


The Client Partner, Wealth Management is a proactive and knowledgeable consultant and ally for customers, responsible for ensuring that InRhythm is meeting our objectives, while delivering on the promise of quality and providing a world-class experience. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the financial aspects of the partnership, including maintaining current business and executing on growth targets.


The main goal of our Client Partner, Wealth Management is to drive net new sales from named prospects within your assigned accounts. In this role, you will partner cross functionally with internal teams to drive business opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract close.

  • Own your role and its development
  • Be proactive with account strategy, becoming innovative with hunting and farming activities
  • Build strong client relationships and establish trust with all key client contacts to mine new opportunities
  • Develop business and achieve revenue targets by growing the existing revenue base and farming out new business within multiple accounts, fully managing the sales pipeline
  • Ability to act as the lead and single point of contact for client relationships
  • Learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to ever-changing business priorities
  • Contribute new ideas and support the wider team


What You Bring To The Table (Requirements)


  • 10 years experience managing, retaining and growing Enterprise Financial Services accounts (Fortune 100) in a full cycle sales role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven and current track record of retaining and growing an existing revenue stream of business of $3Mil with direct quotas
  • Skilled in Solution Discovery and Value Selling to enable sale of onshore engineering services
  • Must have success selling custom IT/Digital services and solutions in a services-only consulting company.
  • You have a practical understanding of software engineering and are able to speak confidently about modern, tech-driven solutions like Web and App development, Mobile, and/or Cloud solutions
  • Deep wealth and asset management experience - prior exposure to clients in the wealth and asset management space is essential
  • Familiar with the nuances of financial institutions and how technology supports investment processes
  • Strong Executive presence - you must be able to hold your own in high-level conversations and have a track record of managing and creating relationships with C-suite executives, MDs and SVPs
  • You demonstrate a polished, professional demeanor and an ability to handle objections/ pushback gracefully
  • We want someone with strong hunting instincts - that is, you aren’t purely account management oriented. You should be able to identify new opportunities, expand relationships and generate leads
  • A background in smaller or mid-level consulting firms is a plus, as you will need to wear multiple hats. Even if you’ve worked in larger companies, what’s most important to us is that you’re flexible, adaptable, and have a dynamic approach to solutions selling. In other words, you have an entrepreneurial streak, and are able to thrive in a fluid, start up environment.
  • Highly organized leader and team player that is organized, persistent with a strong work ethic, adapts quickly, and independent
  • Proficiency in Salesforce required

  • Build strong client relationships with executives and key decision-makers
  • Understand the needs of the client considering their business objectives and success metrics
  • Develop, own, implement, and manage SOWs
  • Establish clear and mutually agreed upon consultant matrix with the client; including fees, expectations on quality, and timescales
  • Ensure services are delivered at the agreed price, quality, and time
  • Extensive preparation for client meetings, including producing sales and marketing materials as needed
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, solutions roadmap, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, SOW crafting, negotiation, and deal signing
