In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth and accurate home equity closings while also supporting our members and team throughout the mortgage process. What You’ll Do

Prepare and process home equity closing documents to ensure accurate and timely closings

Answer the mortgage phone line and assist members with questions or requests

Process mortgage releases and related documentation

Provide backup support for mortgage servicing functions when needed

Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive member experience

Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Mortgage or lending experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is just as important
