What You’ll Do:
- Contact members regarding delinquent accounts in a respectful, professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with members to identify solutions and repayment options that best fit their financial situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and account activity.
- Support members through challenging times while protecting the credit union’s financial interests.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistent, member-focused collections experience.

Qualifications:Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma
- 2 - 4 Years work experience in Lending and Collections
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law, federal and state regulations
