Summary: BI Analysts design and maintain business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights. They translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards.
- Analyze business data to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Automate reporting processes using ETL tools.
- Document BI solutions and methodologies.
- Provide training and support for BI tools.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Stay updated with BI tool advancements and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of BI experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills/Duties:
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate technical data into business insights.
