Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Market and Sales Data Collection and Preparation:
- Assist in gathering data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.
- Prepare and clean data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights, notably market shares
- Utilize statistical tools and software to process and interpret data.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and documentation.
- Maintain and update intelligence databases and data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards for ongoing market monitoring.
- Work closely with other departments such as communication-marketing, business development, operations, and product development.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and provide market insights as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics, especially on AI opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning, marketing, and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in conducting primary and secondary market research to collect data on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to market research data analysis.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Internship or 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of database management and data warehousing and associated tools like Access
- Familiarity with statistics and software like SPSS/SAS would be a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Full-Time
- Salary Range: $77,000 - $82,000
- Relocation is not provided
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
