We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare leader to serve as our Director of Residential and Community-Based Care and Services overseeing multiple programs across Georgia.
This full-time leadership role is responsible for the overall management and coordination of our Personal Care Homes, Structured Family Caregiver Program, and ALS Management Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of daily operations across all programs
- Staff recruitment, training, supervision, and retention
- Ensuring high-quality care delivery and regulatory compliance
- Conducting supervision visits across service locations
- Strengthening program performance and client outcomes
This position requires travel between service locations throughout Georgia. Our organization will support all clinical documentation processes, allowing the focus to remain on leadership, operations, and quality assurance.
We are seeking a licensed nurse (RN or LPN preferred) with strong leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple service lines and teams.
