Join Innovative Senior Solutions in providing the perfect client experience to Seniors and individuals with disabilities by each staff member being caring, compassionate, comforting, and kind. The Mobile ADH sites, hosted in partnership with local churches, provide respite care for caregivers of seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. The Nurse Care Manager ensures the well-being and engagement of clients, compliance with healthcare standards, and fosters community connections and volunteer involvement. Travel to each mobile site is required.
Our caregivers are integral in ensuring that clients remain in their homes and communities as long as possible.
Caregiver Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Activities: Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
- Personal Care: Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Client Documentation: Accurately document client activities, personal care, and any changes in health or behavior.
Client Health Monitoring: Monitor clients for changes in physical or emotional condition and report concerns to supervisory staff.
Environment and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all areas of the center.
Collaboration: Work closely with caregivers, volunteers, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.
Additional Duties:
- Support meal preparation and serving for clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Care Manager or Administrator to ensure smooth operations at the center.
Salary : $12 - $15
