We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Supervisor to oversee large-scale building
envelope repair projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating crews,
ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and upholding safety standards on-
site. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on construction knowledge and excellent
organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities across multiple trades
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Communicate updates, challenges, and progress with project managers and stakeholders
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
