About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and
coordinate all phases of large-scale building envelope repair projects from pre-construction
through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within
scope, and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors,
- suppliers, engineers, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
