What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Associate Attorney (Commercial Litigation) position at Innovative Driven?
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Associate Attorney with at least ten years of commercial litigation experience to join the team at a highly respected law firm based in New Hyde Park, New York.
You will be able to practice complex litigation without the Manhattan commute!
This position is the perfect opportunity for a Long Island-based attorney to join a busy, sophisticated law practice that values family and collaboration, and has extremely reasonable billable hour expectations (1500). The firm offers a supportive entrepreneurial culture, and they are looking for a strong litigator to join their team!
The team regularly handles complex litigation involving disputes between businesses, corporate clients and healthcare practices.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week onsite, and 2 days remote.
DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have at least ten years of commercial litigation experience
- Solid experience running commercial litigation cases start-to-finish, including: motion practice, depositions, drafting, and discovery.
- Experience in restrictive covenant disputes and electronic discovery would be a plus.
- Health care knowledge/interest/experience is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school is required
- Candidates must have an Active NY Bar
The firm offers competitive compensation, a generous origination bonus, extremely reasonable billable hours, and a comprehensive benefits package!
Pay: $190,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
