What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney (Hybrid) position at Innovative Driven?
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney with at least three years of civil litigation/insurance defense experience to join the busy team in one of our most established mid-sized law firm clients!
This fulltime role will be based in the firm's Hartford, CT office, with the expectation of onsite work for the first few months, pivoting to a hybrid schedule once the candidate is fully onboarded, trained, and acclimated,
WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS:
- Opportunities to handle cases start-to-finish, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation and trial work.
- Draft pleadings, respond to and issue discovery, draft motions and supporting memoranda.
- Conduct legal research
- Take and defend depositions

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL:
- Have solid academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Be barred in CT, or have the ability to waive into Connecticut
- 3-8 years of litigation experience
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
