Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join the leadership team at one of our award-winning law firm clients. This is a fulltime and hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) position at the law firms office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase knowledge in insurance defense law, monitor changes, and pursue continuing legal education.
- Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documents
- Provide direction, instruction, feedback, and supervision to associates and staff in a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
- Provide legal advice and representation to various clients
- Research legal issues prepare and file briefs, motions, and other necessary judicial pleadings. Evaluate medical records, facilitate discovery process, and conduct depositions. Support trials.
- Participate in case management including strategy development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
- Insurance defense experience preferred.
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
