Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to assist at one of our most well-respected clients in Greenville, South Carolina! Successful candidates will have the opportunity to have hands-on experience, meaningful ownership, and a clear path to grow as a litigator.
This is a fulltime and onsite position at the law firm in Greenville, South Carolina.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Evaluate liability and damages; review records, evidence, and treatment progression
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Manage personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation resolution
- Participate in and handle depositions (conducting and defending) and work closely with clients
- Prepare for and assist in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation with attorney leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bar admission in South Carolina
- 3-5 years of Personal Injury experience and Insurance Defense experience is a plus
- JD from an accredited law school.
