Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team with a focus on Social Security Disability hearings and hearing preparation. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and will work directly under one of our Partners.
Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Represent clients in hearings.
- Prepare clients for hearings
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related documents and communications.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' interests.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in any state.
- Proven experience in legal research and writing.
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
