Senior Accountant | Temp-to-Hire | Hybrid in Westminster, CO
Innovar Group is hiring a Senior Accountant for a growing organization!
This role is a great fit for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who has supported M&A activity, acquisitions, or integration of newly acquired entities. Experience in construction or a related industry is strongly preferred.
Location: Westminster, CO
Schedule: Hybrid — Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $38–$51/hour
Salary Conversion: $80-$105K
What You’ll Do
- Support accounting activities related to mergers and acquisitions, including newly acquired business integrations.
- Assist with onboarding new entities into financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
- Handle month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data during business transitions.
- Identify process improvements that support growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, accounting standards, and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with M&A, acquisitions, or post-acquisition integrations.
- Construction or related industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
