Innovar Group is hiring a Regional Human Resources Business Partner for a growing infrastructure and construction services organization. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering directly with regional leadership, supporting field-driven teams, and helping build strong people operations across a multi-site environment.
In this role, you will serve as the primary People & Culture partner for a large regional business unit. You will work closely with regional leadership while staying aligned with corporate HR strategy, providing hands-on support across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main HR point of contact for employee relations matters across the region
- Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, disciplinary matters, and terminations
- Conduct or support investigations and help ensure consistent documentation and resolution
- Partner with regional leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related decisions
- Support hiring needs in partnership with corporate Talent Acquisition
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including new hires, transfers, promotions, job changes, and offboarding
- Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and support HR systems and workforce data
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting a multi-site, regional, construction, industrial, field services, or similar operational environment preferred
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, field-driven, and evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- HRIS or workforce data system experience is a plus
This role may include occasional travel to regional field or industrial sites and requires someone who can balance business needs, employee experience, compliance, and practical HR execution.
