- Analyze the effectiveness of current methodologies, processes, and tools to optimize contractor and vendor workforce management.
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the HR team on processes aligned to HR systems, procedures, and reporting regarding workforce management.
- Identify processes within HR that require change to ensure appropriate governance, compliance, and improvement of business applications and processes.
- Plan for human resources operational initiatives and establish roles and activities that support the change process.
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders and procurement to identify and address organizational development needs, gaps, and opportunities within the workforce management space.
- In coordination with HR partners, end-users, and HRIS experts, ensure product configuration and implementation of HRIS and ATS is optimized, business processes are efficient, and the contractor and vendor experience is seamless.
- Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure that HR effectiveness and initiatives are integrated with other HR programs and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors.

- Lead, coach, monitor, and develop the workforce management within the organization in an effective and professional manner to successfully execute against defined business objectives and service standards, achieving performance metrics.
- Perform workforce management responsibilities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of senior-level contractor and vendor positions within assigned verticals and business units.
- Provide oversight in developing the framework, templates, and tools aimed at creating efficiencies and simplifying the workforce management process with consistent execution.
- Build vendor and contractor program that stewards financial resourcing and safeguards for company utilization.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and provide relevant coaching and training programs to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge.

REQUIRED
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent work experience OR equivalent healthcare HR experience
Work Experience and Qualifications
- 8 years of total related experience
- 3-5 years of experience with full life cycle corporate recruiting or workforce planning to include networking, sourcing, recruiting, negotiating offers and hiring. Experience includes recruiting for multi-state company.
- 3 years experience in workforce planning and allocation, preferably within a talent acquisition or HR operations context.
- Experience building vendor and contractor management programs aimed at tracking and stewarding success metrics
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation, including strong understanding of healthcare industry and recruitment best practices.
- Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with leaders at all levels
- Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills.
- Experience tracking, reporting and managing recruiting compliance requirements.
- Experience leveraging creative sourcing strategies and demonstrated return on investment.
- Knowledge of talent/recruitment trends.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as iCIMS, social media and other recruitment technologies.
Computer Skills
- Must be computer proficient and possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
