Are you looking for a stable, full-time role with reliable pay, but only want to work half the month? InnoSource is hiring Production Associates to support operations at a major tire manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. This is a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay, health insurance, and guaranteed full-time pay for working just 14 days per month.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals ready to take on physical work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities - Production Associate

• Assist in general labor and production tasks across various areas of the tire manufacturing plant
• Perform physically demanding work that includes constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Follow detailed safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
• Meet production goals while maintaining attention to quality and safety
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep production lines running smoothly
• Operate within a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including both days and nights and some weekends
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Skills and Knowledge- Production Associate

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for 90% of a 12-hour shift on concrete flooring
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
• Willingness to follow rules, take responsibility, and meet production expectations
• Good attendance is essential to meet production demands

Education and Experience - Production Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
• Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.

Benefits and Pay - Production Associate

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $14/hr - $16/hr
