Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator supports the creation, execution, and amplification of employee, customer, and community experiences that reflect the EASE’s brand, culture, and values. This role assists the Brand & Enablement Department through event coordination, content creation, social media engagement, and graphic design support, ensuring consistent, high-quality touchpoints across digital and in-person interactions. The Marketing Coordinator works cross-functionally to organize materials, support campaigns, and maintain accurate reporting on engagement trends to help strengthen relationships, drive participation, and enhance overall brand experience.
Key Responsibilities - Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Experience Coordination
- Drive initiatives that strengthen the EASE experience for employees, customers, and communities
- Assist in planning and hosting engagement events, community initiatives, customer meetings, and recognition activities.
- Promote employee culture and wellbeing through wellness programs, events, and educational initiatives
- Help organize gifting, invitations, and appreciation items for employees and customers
- Organize and create inventory management for materials and EASE branded swag
- Manage event materials, supplies, giveaways, and branded swag
- Support philanthropy initiatives by coordinating in-kind and monetary donations, scheduling volunteer events, and organizing volunteers
Marketing and Brand Support
- Utilize Canva to assist with graphic design for internal and external presentations (PowerPoints, social media, emails, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels and help respond to comments and messages
- Assist with updating social media calendar with ideas, trends, or holiday content
- Contribute to marketing campaign planning, brainstorming, and strategy development
Administrative & Reporting
- Assist with organizing digital assets, tracking participation, and maintaining records
- Help compile post-event summaries, survey results and engagement report
- Distribute pre and post event surveys for participation and feedback

Physical Demands
- Sitting or standing at a desk, typing, looking at multiple computer screens, and responding to inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and instant messages throughout the day.
- Occasionally may need to bend, stand, or lift up to 10 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This position is part-time. Employees typically work Monday-Friday, for a maximum of 29 hours per week, exact schedule will be determined based upon candidates availability.
TRAVEL
- This position would require minimal to no travel.
Education and Experience - Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or recently graduated) in a Marketing, Communications or related program
Experience
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, WordPress, design software
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Team-oriented, supportive, and approachable
- Basic understanding of marketing, communications, or event planning principles
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive experience
