Role Overview
We are seeking a senior financial advisor to take ownership of complex client relationships while continuing to grow their book of business.
This role is suited for an experienced advisor who brings an established client base and is looking to transition into a more collaborative, well-supported environment where they can focus on advisory work rather than operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients

Deliver comprehensive financial planning including tax, estate, and investment strategy

Act as a proactive advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding long-term decisions

Coordinate with external professionals such as CPAs and legal advisors

Transition and integrate existing client relationships into the firm

Continue business development through personal network and referrals

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-touch client experience
Qualifications
Required
-
10 years of experience as a financial advisor

Existing portable book of business of $40M in client assets
-
Ability to transition client relationships to a new firm
-
Not subject to any non-compete or non-solicit restrictions

CFP® designation (or equivalent)

Strong experience working with high-net-worth clients

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred

CPA, JD, MBA, or advanced tax/planning credentials
