What You’ll Do
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospects and referrals to offer support, answer questions, and create opportunities to help people plan for their future.
- Proactively grow your network and personal brand within the local community so more individuals and families can access trusted financial guidance.
- Schedule and conduct discovery conversations with potential clients to understand their goals, concerns, and long‑term plans.
- Listen closely to identify financial needs and connect prospects with thoughtful planning solutions that put their priorities first.
- Work alongside a senior advisor team to nurture relationships and guide leads into long‑term, trusted partnerships.
- Participate in Northwestern Mutual’s award‑winning training program to earn your license and build the skills needed to serve policyholders throughout their financial journeys.
Who You Are
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, business, or customer-facing roles
- Type A, self-motivated, and wired to compete and win
- Charismatic, confident communicator who thrives on phone outreach
- Well-connected or highly active in the Lexington community
- Highly coachable, ambitious, and resilient
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
