Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, and products.
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments using spa software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Check guests in and out of spa appointments, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
- Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, reception area, and retail displays.
- Communicate effectively with spa therapists, technicians, and management to ensure seamless guest service.
- Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.
- Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and safety standards for all guests and team members.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment; spa or luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems; experience with spa booking software a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
